Do you sometimes suffer from sneezing fits?

I’m suffering from it, all of the above when the allergy strike. Alhamdulillah, now that I know about the suffering and how to overcome, life is much much better.
Orang melayu kata resdung (aku tak berapa pasti definition resdung yang sebenarnya). Katanya kena berubat kalau tidak esok hidung boleh berulat. Jgn percaya ok, tolong jangan percaya sebab aku tak percaya. Setengah pulak kata sinus, pon tak betol sbb sinus atau sinusitus adalah infection kepada sinus (bahagian belakang dan keliling tulang hidung) kadang2 disebabkan oleh allergy dan kadang2 sebab lain.

As for me, to manage my allergy, first, I’ll try to avoid area or doing things that may cause contact with the allergen.
If I cant avoid contact (which is usually that is the case) I’ll take an antihistamine. At this moment, telfast is the one that work for me.
